Hello, Elko County!  I’m Carla Bailey, and I’m thrilled to share my journey with you as I help you find your dream home. Originally from the vibrant streets of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, I’ve spent the last 24 years in the U.S., blending cultural richness with professional expertise, now in real estate. With a law degree from Brazil and 17 years of nursing experience, I bring a unique perspective and an unwavering commitment to serve my clients with empathy and diligence.

I recently joined Coldwell Banker Excel, the best local real estate agency, under the immaculate direction and leadership of Kaci Lynch. Being part of such a dynamic team empowers me to offer even greater resources and support to you on your real estate journey.

In addition to my work as a real estate agent, I proudly serve as a nurse at NNRH-Northeastern Nevada Regional Hospital in the Same-Day Surgery and Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (SDSU/PACU). My nursing background has instilled in me the importance of attention to detail and compassionate care, qualities I carry into my real estate practice.

But my life extends beyond real estate and nursing. I am a proud black belt in Taekwondo, instilling values of discipline and perseverance in everything I do. In 2016, I founded a non-profit organization aimed at combating bullying and suicide among kids, using martial arts to empower young people and give them a voice. My faith as a devoted member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints guides my actions, reminding me to serve with kindness and integrity in every interaction.

Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, I’m here to ensure every client feels understood and valued. My heart is dedicated to helping families find their perfect homes, just as I strive to create a loving environment for my own. I’m happily married to Joe Bailey of Bailey Homes, and together we are passionate about making your home-buying experience seamless and enjoyable.

As a mother of two incredible daughters, Isabella and Sophia, and a stepmother to four amazing  children—Ella, Gracin, Tana, and Ethan—I understand the importance of finding a place where families can grow and thrive.
